During the last 4 months properties have sold from £3,750,000 to the other end of the scale for just £96,000.

The three most expensive properties in Herts during the three-month period were 30 Newlands Avenue in Radlett, Hertsmere, a detached house which sold for £3,750,000 on July 16; The Coach House, Bury Lane, Rickmansworth, a detached house which sold for £3,500,000 on July 19 and 16 Allum Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, a detached house which sold for £3,055,000 on August 16 .

The three least expensive in the county during the same time scale were 24 Claymores, Stevenage, a flat which sold for £96,000 on September 7; 122 Priestley Road, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, a flat which sold for £110,000 on August 6; and 96C Queens Road, Watford, a flat which sold for £124,999 on July 12.
